What factors are most important to you in doing your job?
Having a positive and open attitude. You must always remain friendly, even when a customer complains. The communication and coordination with other departments is also very important.
What was your best experience so far?
When I came to NORMA Group, the goal was to form the best possible team. I think we have done a good job. We enjoy working together and help one another.
What is your wish for the future?
We want to be an excellent dispatch center. That makes us happy and our customers benefit from it too. They should be able to trust us blindly.
What did you want to do for a living when you were a child?
I wanted to be a firefighter. I was fascinated by the thought of being able to help others. I still tell my team today to help others, particularly our colleagues. One can and should do this in any job. I might not have become a firefighter, but I still try to practice this aspect every day.
How do you relax after work?
I try to spend as much time as possible with my family.
