Tatiane Brito

Tatiane is a Plant Controller at NORMA Group in Brazil. Twelve years into her career she stumbled upon on of the biggest challenges of her career: supporting the start up of the NORMA Group plant in the city of Atibaia. She was one of the first employees to be hired and doesn’t plan to go anywhere. In this article, she talks about her job experience at NORMA Group, her multicultural experience, Samba and Brazilian carnivals.
