I like to spend time outdoors, for example fishing or hunting. That’s how I can best disconnect from everyday life. Whether it’s patience waiting for a fish to bite or concentration and skill in tracking game, both activities offer me a sense of adventure and satisfaction.
I especially enjoy the early morning hours in the forest or by the water, when everything seems peaceful and calm. It’s not just about the catch – it’s about the experience, the challenge, and the stories that come out of it.
What are your hopes for the future?
I want to continue to drive transformation and innovation – ideally in a role of director or business lead where I can influence strategic outcomes on a broader scale. My goal is to leave a legacy of excellence, to promote future leaders and to contribute to the long-term success of NORMA Group.
