Fabio Molino arbeitet als Key Account Manager am NORMA Group Standort in Turin, Italien. Im Interview berichtet er von seinem Arbeitsalltag und warum er bei der NORMA Group arbeitet.<\/p>\n

Fabio, wie lange arbeitest du schon bei der NORMA Group?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich habe vor sieben Jahren als Sales und Application Engineer bei der NORMA Group angefangen. Mittlerweile arbeite ich bereits seit drei Jahren als Key Account Manager.<\/p>\n

Was hast du beruflich gemacht, bevor du zur NORMA Group kamst?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zuvor habe ich als Application Engineer in einem internationalen Konzern im Automobilbereich gearbeitet. Die Firma, in der ich zu dieser Zeit t\u00e4tig war, bot mir jedoch nur wenige M\u00f6glichkeiten mich pers\u00f6nlich weiterzuentwickeln. Deshalb habe ich mich nach einem Unternehmen umgesehen, welches mir Raum f\u00fcr Entwicklung bietet. Und das habe ich in der NORMA Group gefunden.<\/p>\n

Wie sieht dein Arbeitsalltag aus?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich wohne circa eine Stunde vom B\u00fcro entfernt. Also stehe ich fr\u00fch auf, um Staus zu vermeiden. Meistens h\u00f6re ich auf der Autofahrt Musik, um meine Gedanken zu ordnen. Mein Arbeitsalltag dreht sich um das Kundenmanagement: Konditionen vereinbaren, Angebote teilen und die kommerzielle Strategie und Struktur der NORMA Group weiterf\u00fchren und entwickeln. Au\u00dferdem bin ich in regem Austausch mit den Produktionsst\u00e4tten, um den aktuellen Stand der Kundenauftr\u00e4ge im Blick zu behalten.<\/p>\n

Die Corona-Pandemie hat meine Art zu arbeiten, jedoch sehr ver\u00e4ndert. Von einem auf den anderen Tag gab es den klassischen Arbeitsalltag nicht mehr \u2013 alles hat gestoppt. Vor Pandemiebeginn habe ich die Kunden pers\u00f6nlich vor Ort besucht, heute halten wir virtuell Kontakt. Darauf mussten wir uns alle erst einstellen, doch wir konnten schnell neue Routinen aufbauen.<\/p>\n

Und was gef\u00e4llt dir an deinem Job am besten?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Allen voran stehen der Kundenkontakt und die menschlichen Beziehungen. Ich arbeite mit vielen verschiedenen Charakteren und unterschiedlichen Denkweisen zusammen. F\u00fcr jeden Einzelnen dieser Kunden muss ich eine eigene Strategie entwickeln und mich auf ihn einlassen.<\/p>\n

Der Kunde ist mehr als nur ein Kunde, er ist ein Mensch. Und eine Verbindung mit dem Menschen auf der anderen Seite des Schreibtischs \u2013 oder zurzeit am anderen Ende des Telefons \u2013 aufzubauen, ist ein tolles Gef\u00fchl. Das Vertrauen, das mir der Kunde entgegenbringt, erf\u00fcllt mich. Und wenn das Image der NORMA Group durch einen erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Kundenauftrag gest\u00e4rkt wird, ist das eine Win-win-Situation f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten.<\/p>\n

Was ist dir wichtig, um dich in deinem Arbeitsalltag wohlzuf\u00fchlen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Teamwork \u2013 Teil von einer Gruppe zu sein, die gemeinsam als Team zusammenarbeitet und sich darauf fokussiert, dass ein Projekt erfolgreich abgewickelt wird. Das ist es, was mir die Motivation gibt weiterzumachen.<\/p>\n

Wie entspannst du nach der Arbeit?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich repariere Autos und Motorr\u00e4der in meiner Garage. Au\u00dferdem verbringe ich viel Zeit mit meiner Familie.
